Tax Policy Update

NUMBER OF THE WEEK: \r\n $37 billion. The predicted reduction in corporate income tax revenues for fiscal year 2014 compared to an earlier projection by the Congressional Budget Office. The reason for the reduced revenues? CBO says companies are deferring tax payments until extenders are renewed.

Envirotest Wins Award to Provide Clean Screen Emissions Testing in Virginia

For years, motorists with vehicles registered in Northern Virginia have had to rearrange work and school schedules, give up their lunch hours, fight traffic and wait in line to receive their biennial emissions inspection. All that will soon change with the award of the Clean Screen Emissions Testing Program to Envirotest.
