Donatelli, Sullivan Featured in National News Interviews

Two national television news programs featured partners from McGuireWoods’ Washington, D.C., office over the weekend in discussions about the presidential nomination battles.

Frank Donatelli, also an executive vice president and director in McGuireWoods Consulting, was interviewed for a “CBS Evening News” segment that explored the possibility of a contested GOP National Convention in July if a presidential candidate didn’t have enough delegates after the primaries to lock-up the nomination. The last time that happened was 1976 when Ronald Reagan unsuccessfully challenged sitting President Gerald R. Ford. Donatelli was Reagan’s youth organizer that year and later served in the White House after Reagan was elected in 1980.

Russ Sullivan, also a senior advisor to McGuireWoods Consulting, was interviewed for a segment that aired on Fox News Channel’s “ America’s News Headquarters” program about the differences between the Democratic presidential candidates’ tax proposals.
