October 25, 2006 ADAMS JOINS MCGUIREWOODS CONSULTING McGuireWoods Consulting is pleased to announce the addition of Theodore (Tray) Adams, III, to its Richmond office. Adams will serve as a Senior Vice President of State Government Relations. Prior to joining MWC, Adams was a partner in the Richmond office of Troutman Sanders LLP and served as Vice President of the Virginia office of the Troutman Sanders Public Affairs Group. He specializes in governmental law, and legislative and regulatory matters with a focus on the telecommunications, health care and insurance industries. “We’re very excited to have Tray Adams join the McGuireWoods Consulting team,” said L.F. He has facilitated numerous PPEA construction projects in the Commonwealth totaling more than $120 million. Experienced in regulatory and administrative law, Adams will also provide legal services to clients as a partner with McGuireWoods LLP. Adams graduated from Virginia Military Institute in 1983 and earned with a B.A. in English, with distinction. He is also a graduate of the T.C.
