4. HJR 105 Subcommittee on School Infrastructure holds first meeting

Created by the General Assembly during the 2004 session, the HJR 105 subcommittee held its first meeting on September 21, 2004. McGuireWoods partner Arthur Anderson from our public finance team is a member along with several legislators. The first meeting was a primer on funding for school construction provided by staff. Copies of their presentations are appended [document 1, document 2, document 3]. At the group's next meeting, they have asked for a PPEA update.
