When will the WTC idea die? We already have a WTC, its called I-81. If there is a need for commuters from Stafford to Loudoun, I suggest either using RT.17 to RT.28 to RT.15 or relocate. -- Anthony Williams

WTC placement (11/04/04 at 01:23 PM)

How can they put the WTC down when its projected path is right through the center of many of the 20 CPAM properties that the builders and developers want to ram through and have approved? I can't believe that houses would be built only to have the State condemn and seize the property for the right of way. Or is this a con job to increase total profits by the developers and those who would be the PPTA? Or might they be one and the same players? -- Russell Beal
