proposals for IT overhaul

6. Herndon seeks PPEA help for downtown
redevelopment
The following RFP was recently issued by the Town of
Herndon looking for advisors to assist with the Town's
efforts to redevelop its downtown. The town is considering
using the PPEA to accomplish this redevelopment activity
which will include parking, office suites, housing, and a
performing arts center. RFP
