1. New PPEA Model Guidelines issued
On September 30, the working group convened by the
Chairmen of the House and Senate General Laws committee to
make recommended changes to the model guidelines for local
governments to use governing the PPEA process, released its
work product. The following link goes directly to the new
guidelines, which incorporate legislative changes made in
2003-2005, as well as a tracking document so you can see
what changed since the last model we developed.
