Innovation Award
The National Council of Public Private Partnerships (NCPPP)
recently announced its 2005 award winners which will be
given on November 16, 2005 in Alexandria, Virginia. Among
the winners was the Haskell/Hess P3 Venture in Stafford

Fairfax County recently received an unsolicited proposal
for the development of a mid-county office complex. Few

13. VDOT issues TPOF, PPTA guidelines
At its October 20, 2005 meeting, the Commonwealth
Transportation Board adopted the guidelines for the
Transportation Partnership Opportunity Fund and the revised
guidelines for the PPTA.:
