8. Illinois Tollway concession discussions include Virginia
perspective
In last weeks issue, I provided some information about
the discussions in Illinois about a concession approach to
the Illinois Tollway. I forgot to include a copy of my notes
from the meeting of the Senate Appropriations Committee
about this issue which included testimony from VDOT's
Barbara Reese. Those notes are

9. Department of Social Services cancels PPEA procurement

10. PPTA guideline comments to be reviewed
The following are copies of the public comments received
by the working group to amend the PPTA guidelines pursuant
to changes made in SB 76 during the 2006 General Assembly.
The workgroup will be meeting on September 19 to consider
these comments.
