Jimmy mobilizes grassroots support, crafts strategic messaging, and educates targeted audiences on behalf of clients. He has a depth of experience in public opinion survey research, data/database management, and referenda and state legislative grassroots campaigns.

He focuses on issues related to renewable and emerging energy technologies, land use and the gaming industry. He helps solar developers and other clients secure local permits through successful referendum campaigns related to local ballot initiatives and by working to drive hundreds to thousands of comments into regulatory and legislative offices to help clients at the state and federal level.

An assistant vice president with MWCAdvocacy, Jimmy has been a team member since 2017. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Virginia Tech.
