Victoria is an assistant vice president in the Federal Public Affairs Group at McGuireWoods Consulting, where she helps clients achieve their government
affairs goals. Since joining the firm in 2012, Victoria has developed a deep understanding of the federal legislative process and is well-versed in a
multitude of legislative issues, but specializes in the areas of agriculture, international trade, and immigration. She provides in-depth policy analysis
to clients and conducts media and legislative tracking. Victoria also has experience representing clients before members of Congress and their staffs, as
well as working with coalitions and trade associations to promote her clients’ government relations strategies.
Victoria, a native of Richmond, Virginia, graduated from the University of Virginia in 2012 with a degree in government and a minor in bioethics. While
earning her degree, Victoria was elected by the student body to serve as chair of the University Judiciary Committee. She is an active member of the UVA
Club of DC and currently co-chairs the organization’s Government and Public Policy Networking Committee.
