He has assisted a variety of corporate and association clients with multi-state projects and matters before state attorneys general around the country. His work has touched a wide range of issues, including antitrust, federal-state relations, and trade industry regulation.
As Virginia’s Attorney General from 2002 to 2005, Jerry served on the Executive Committee for the National Association of Attorneys General and chaired the Republican Attorneys General Association. Before his election as Attorney General, he served as Secretary of Public Safety under Governor George Allen, Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Western District of Virginia, and Assistant Commonwealth’s Attorney for Scott County.
