Missy Neff Returns to McGuireWoods Consulting

RICHMOND – McGuireWoods Consulting is delighted to announce the return of Missy Neff to its Richmond team as a senior vice president for MWCAdvocacy, handling legislative affairs. As part of the MWCAdvocacy team, she will support clients along with a team of additional communications, grassroots, and digital professionals.  

In addition to a five-year stint with McGuireWoods Consulting from 2008 – 2012, Ms. Neff served as Assistant Secretary of Natural Resources for Governor Tim Kaine, Director of Community and Government Relations for Danville Regional Medical Center, and, most recently, as Director of Government Relations for The Nature Conservancy.

Ms. Neff has a deep understanding of natural resources, healthcare, and education policy, and has developed strong relationships statewide with a wide range of constituencies.                          

She is a gubernatorial appointee to the Board of Trustees of the Science Museum of Virginia and serves on the Board of Directors of the Richmond Community ToolBank. Ms. Neff is currently serving the Governor-Elect’s transition team as Chair of the Agriculture and Forestry Policy Council. Outside of the office she can be found hiking, kayaking, or enjoying music.
