Election Day is less than four weeks away, but there’s still time to encourage your employees to vote.

Voter participation is good for democracy—and for your business. Your efforts to help employees cast their ballot underscore your company values.

Here are three ways you can help employees vote in November:

  1. Make sure your employees know HOW they can cast their ballot this year.
  2. Deliver a message of WHY voting is important, not just to your company, but to the communities you live in and work in as well.
  3. Reach your employees in creative ways, such as on social media and with a video message from company leaders.

One resource you can include in your voter engagement communications with employees is VOTE.ORG, where employees can access information about how to cast their ballot.

McGuireWoods Consulting is here to help you deliver a concise Get Out the Vote message to your employees in the last days leading up to this year’s election.
