Jeffrey M. Britt joined McGuireWoods Consulting in 2005 and serves as a senior vice president of MWCAdvocacy. Jeff's primary areas of service include coalition development, stakeholder engagement, as well as traditional and e-advocacy grassroots mobilization. His current client portfolio includes energy, land use and non-profit issue advocacy matters, as well as coordinating multi-state government relations and compliance for a Fortune 500 corporation.

Jeff's broad experience in grassroots organization and knowledge of new innovations in issue advocacy enhances the level of service McGuireWoods Consulting provides for its clients.

Jeff's previous organizational and grassroots experience includes work for several Republican statewide candidates in Virginia, including former Attorney General Jerry Kilgore and U.S. Senator John Warner, where he assisted with grassroots program development and implementation. His experience also includes tenure as the political director for the Republican Party of Virginia, and work in the Virginia General Assembly.

In addition to earning his undergraduate degree from George Mason University, Jeff has completed coursework at the Sorensen Institute for Political Leadership at the University of Virginia, the Virginia Supervisory Institute at Virginia Commonwealth University, and recently earned a master's in public administration from Virginia Tech.
