Haley joined McGuireWoods Consulting in 2022 as an assistant vice president of communications and digital advocacy on the firm’s national advocacy team. She has a background in advertising and business and five years of experience in strategic communications, public relations and legislative advocacy in the energy sector. She has significant experience crafting concise, persuasive messaging, developing effective digital mobilization campaigns and creating influential graphic design.
Prior to joining McGuireWoods Consulting, Haley most recently served as the communications manager for the Texas Oil and Gas Association.
Haley holds a B.S. degree in advertising with a minor in business administration and management from the University of Texas at Austin. She lives in Dallas with her husband.
