Eli Levine joined McGuireWoods Consulting’s Washington, D.C. office in November 2019 as a research associate in the Federal Public Affairs group. In this role, he assists the emerging technologies practice with research and legislative monitoring.
Previously, Eli interned on Capitol Hill in Senator Elizabeth Warren’s office and for Governor Charlie Baker in his home state of Massachusetts. At both, he attended hearings, assisted with constituent services, and conducted research for oversight and policy teams. In addition, Eli has interned at the Public Affairs Council, a professional association for public affairs practitioners in Washington, and at the Brookings Institution’s Center for Middle East Policy.
Most recently, Eli was an intern at the Albright Stonebridge Group, where he conducted macroeconomic research and political analysis on countries in the Middle East and North Africa. Eli graduated with Honors in international studies and a minor in Spanish from Johns Hopkins University.
