Beth is a research associate on the Illinois government relations team, where she leads and assists in a variety of projects related to both legislative affairs and association management. Beth has worked in government relations for many years and assists in research, reports and specialty projects.
In her work with associations, Beth has experience in creating financial and membership reports; preparing agendas, reports and financials for board meetings; invoicing; membership payments; sponsorships; filing reports to remain compliant; and helping each association client create and follow best practices.
Prior to McGuireWoods Consulting, Beth worked at a lobbying and government affairs firm where she managed legislative tracking, supervising an office of six lobbyists with sixteen client associations tracking hundreds of bills.
