Paul Reagan is a Senior Vice President and Director of the Federal Public Affairs group, where he assists clients with matters before Congress and the executive branch. Prior to joining McGuireWoods Consulting (MWC), Paul served as Chief of Staff to Virginia's Governor Terry McAuliffe (2014-2018) and U.S. Senator Jim Webb (2007-2013).

In addition to his work at the federal level, Paul is also a member of MWC’s multistate practice, where he focuses on issues involving the nation’s governors and client matters at the state and local level in Virginia.

Paul's other public policy roles have included serving as the Director of Governor McAuliffe's Transition Committee in 2013; Communications Director for Governor Mark Warner (2003-2007); and as Chief of Staff to Virginia Congressman, James P. Moran, Jr. (1996-2002). He also briefly served as counsel to the House Science Committee (1993-1994).
