Graham serves as a senior vice president of state government relations for McGuireWoods Consulting in South Carolina. Graham has over forty years experience in national and state politics and government relations. He draws on his extensive experience to assist clients on a variety of issues that include energy, education, healthcare and general advocacy.

Graham’s political and governmental experience includes serving as the Southern States Director for then-Vice President George Bush’s political action committee, the Fund for America’s Future; serving as Executive Director of Legislative Affairs for South Carolina Governor Carroll Campbell, and for the last twenty-five years working in private government relations consulting and lobbying.

Immediately prior to joining McGuireWoods Consulting, Graham was a principal at Kerr and Company, Incorporated. Graham is a recipient of the Order of the Palmetto, South Carolina’s highest civilian honor.
